Make Love of Yourself Perfect
I often quote this to friends (it was quoted to me by Tara Brach) and I am finding that it's what I need to hear for myself now:

I'm glad i'm not the only one who needs to love themselves a little better lately. It's hard.
It sure is hard FG! I think the hardest thing about it is learning how to express love for yourself!
Oh! I just so needed to hear this today, too! I'm all in a tizzy over work, worried that maybe I've messed up my children in some way and thinking that everything is MY FAULT.
*sigh*

I love all of these quotes where the general gist of it is that at our core, we are beautiful, happy, lovely people and we just need to get back to that.
