To quote myself: I wanted to be this version of myself all the time -- the self where I felt beautiful, sexy, and powerful. The pictures became a reminder to me that at least at one fragile moment, I was all of those things.

I hope I will remember the lessons I've learned during this whole process. My new definition of beautiful/sexy/powerful is the ability to allow one's imperfections to exist in the same place and time as the things he or she is most proud.

Now, lets talk about the snuggie. Your a football fan, it is widely known that Chad Ochocinco has a snuggie simply because it leaves his hands free to stroke his ego.
I think a few things have made me doubt my inner vixen... not as much anymore.
My boss got me the snuggie... and while i mocked friends who owned one, i must admit that it's really soft and cuddly. the cats love it too.
We all deserve to have those moments and I don't think it's vanity at all for wanting to share that! Very nice pic!

But I do get where you're coming from! When you feel good, its awesome to look into the mirror and say "F*** yeah, you're hot!" Makes the journey all that much more fun!
